Default Rascism in chapter three (a crackdown will be needed)

Again having to do with the fact that when your online your anonymous. Being in a african themed setting I have a terrible feeling in the pit of my stomach were going to have some insane rascism going on. Just a theory.

Did factions create any asian racism? I don't see there being any more of a problem than there already is.

no there won't. Look at Factions, Asian theme. Where is the racism in this. Don't know why you brought this up. Racism doesn't only revolve around Africians. It involves multiple cultures. I didn't see a problem with racism in Factions with the Asian theme there shouldn't be a problem with an African theme.

maybe you should clarify your thoughts more.

personally i thought there would be more rascisim in factions due to the asia theme and quite a lot of bots being from the asian servers...
tbh i have only ever seen one count of rascism in gw,
so far i am happy because GW seems to be more tolarant that the outside world

I don't see any reason for a thread that speculates on future behavior in the game, and whats with the "a crackdown will be needed".

You might wanna start taking your meds again

Well think about how much more often the 'N word' is tossed around than the derogatory term used for asians. Quite a bit more, especially with the rap influence that has been put into this generation right now.

Not too many people know of the derogatory term for the asians, so that may be a reason why the racism hasn't been showing as much. However, there have been many instances involving 'chinese farmers' and Koreans from the PvP world. It doesn't show much, but we know that it's there every little while. Go ahead and turn on the 'all' chat in a large city and read for a while. You will be surprised.

Now, farming will always be part of this game, and with the addition of the new chapter, maybe the term 'chinese farmer' will change to..dare I say it?..'cotton farmers' due to the rough past that africans have had. That includes before and after immigration.

Hopefully, there won't be any events that involve racism just because of this new chapter and it's setting.

I find it is the politically correct people who segregate people from different origins and treat them differently, aka racism.

Carth... people treated differently does not go hand-in-hand with rascism.... if you don't know this, then maybe you should get back into school as soon as you can.

Anyway: No one is going to make rascist comments in GW. In fact, im more worried about the chuck norris comments.

Those are actually pretty funny, and dont really make fun of asians. Maybe you were looking so deep inside the cookie jar, that you got your head stuck?

True, but people have been connecting african americans to runners for centuries. Sort of most recently would be the cartoon Minoriteam. "I am Fasto!"

But they can also take the situation in hand and blow it way out of proportion.

Running. Running. Why would one need to run?

Too many possible racist themes can go on o.o

In fact, even I'm slowly typing back what I've seen from games and chat rooms.
